99ok123ers connect with students from Budi Luhur University, Indonesia, strengthening cultural ties

On the afternoon of 7 October, the Faculty of Finance – Accounting organized a cultural exchange for 99ok123 students and students from Budi Luhur University, Indonesia. This was also one of the activities under the exchange program for Indonesian students at 99ok123.

In a warm and open atmosphere, students from both universities chatted and introduced themselves before “joining hands” to carry out the activities.

Indonesian students shared and guided 99ok123ers in weaving items from used candy wrappers. Through careful and skillful steps, the groups created charming handmade products. During the process, 99ok123 students also practiced and improved their foreign-language communication skills.

In addition, 99ok123ers introduced their international friends to making lanterns for Vietnam’s Mid-Autumn Festival. Starting from bamboo frames in various shapes, the students worked together to complete and decorate lanterns based on their own ideas. The process fostered connection and conversation, helping participants better understand Vietnamese culture and 99ok123ers’ stories about the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Through hands-on activities and cultural interaction, international students quickly integrated into 99ok123’s dynamic and creative environment, adapting with ease and creating many fond memories during their study period in Vietnam.
